Dilynn received her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Florida and graduated from Liberty University Christian School of Law third in her class with a concentration in Family and Juvenile Law. Along with continuing the The Russo Law Firm’s personal injury practice, Dilynn specializes in legal guardianships, adoptions and prosecuting civil child abuse cases.
Dilynn has volunteered countless hours working with and mentoring intercity children. Her faith coupled with her compassion and love for these children has spurred a deep desire for restoration of the broken and hurting. Dilynn’s goal is to provide her clients with the best possible legal service, so that justice will prevail and restoration can occur in her clients’ lives. The passion behind her work inspires her to give every client the attention, care, and excellent legal services they deserve.
Tammy began her career in the legal industry in 1996 in Fort Lauderdale. She joined The Russo Law Firm as the Office Manager in 1998. She has been Attorney Gary Russo’s pre-litigation paralegal since 2005. Mrs. Campbell currently assists Mr. Russo and his associate, Nick Russo, with all pre-litigation matters in the office. Her responsibilities include handling files from prelitigation to preparation of demand packages and through settlement pre-trial. Mrs. Campbell is a liaison between the attorneys and clients – initially opening files, requesting all investigative documents, photographs, medical records and medical bills as well as coordinating scheduling of CMEs and Recorded Statements of our clients. She also assists Mr. Russo in drafting correspondence and demands, preparing demand packages, preparing closing statements and scheduling new client matters.
Tammy has two daughters and one granddaughter. Tammy lived the earlier part of her life in Fort Lauderdale. She and her family moved to West Palm Beach in 1997. Tammy loves the outdoors, fishing and camping.
Ms. Gonzales was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Palm Beach County in 1994 with her family. She has lived in Palm Beach County for over 18 years. Ms. Gonzales is the mother of two wonderful children.
Ms. Gonzales is fluent in both Spanish and English. Having over 14 years of experience in the medical field, Ms. Gonzales has an excellent understanding of the importance of organization and obtaining the necessary documentation needed for both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Melissa began her career in the legal industry in 2002. She joined The Russo Law Firm in 2010. She has been Attorney Gary Russo’s legal assistant since 2012. Melissa currently assists Mr. Russo and his associate, Nick Russo, with all legal matters.
Ms. Gonzales is a liaison between the attorneys and clients – initially opening files, requesting investigative documents, photographs, medical records and medical bills as well as the coordinating and scheduling of CMEs and Recorded Statements. Her responsibilities include assisting Mr. Russo in interviewing clients, drafting correspondence and demands letters, preparing demand packages, preparing closing statements, Spanish translations, and scheduling new client matters.
Catherine Jane Russo has lived in south Florida her entire life. She graduated from the University of Florida in 1982 with a major in Education. After marrying, she became an elementary school teacher and taught until she began a family of her own. She has been married to Attorney Gary Russo for 29 years and they have three grown children. Catherine spends countless volunteer hours in the church and in the Palm Beach County Community, including programs feeding and clothing the homeless, working with missionary groups and single mother support counseling. Catherine supports her husband and son’s family law practice working with filing, phones, interviews and provides general support to The Russo Law Firm staff.
Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, Christiane graduated with Honors and earned her Bachelor’s degrees from The Florida State University in 2012. She joined her husband, Nicholas Russo, at The Russo Law Firm as his litigation and appellate paralegal in 2013. They have one daughter together.
Christiane assists on both pre-litigation and litigation matters at the firm. Her responsibilities include everything from handling clients’ cases from pre-litigation to filing suit and trial. She also prepares cases for appeal, maintains deadlines and is responsible for preparing documents at all levels of the appeals process.
Christiane takes pride in delivering the best professional service to our clients. Her goal is to always be accessible and assist our clients by providing updates on their case and being a friendly ear for any questions or concerns.
Attorney Nicholas Russo was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach. He has lived his entire life in Florida. From an early age he wanted to be an attorney like his father. He was accepted to his first choice of college The University of Central Florida. Mr. Russo specialized and received a degree in Psychology. Strategically, because Mr. Russo’s goal was to become an attorney, he felt understanding the human mind and the human thought process would be of great benefit to his practice of law. Mr. Russo graduated with honors and was accepted to his first choice law school, The University of Florida Levin college of law. The same law school his father went to and graduated from twenty-five years prior. Nicholas took an active role in the law school community. He volunteered his time at the local nonprofit family law clinic helping those in need providing free legal help relating to family law. Mr. Russo also donated and volunteered his time and legal knowledge helping the community through First Assembly of Gainesville. Nicholas is now an active member at Generation Church in Jupiter Florida.
It is Mr. Russo’s goal to provide his clients with the best possible legal service. Mr. Russo strives to make his client’s legal process as uncomplicated as possible. He believes that his clients should be constantly updated about their case and have ample opportunity to speak with him directly if his clients ever have any questions or concerns.
Attorney Gary Alex Russo clerked and then worked as an associate for the law firm of Slawson, Burman and Critton for twelve years. While working at that firm, Mr. Russo worked on high profile bad faith insurance claims, personal injury claims and complex construction defect cases. In 1994 he opened his own office, The Russo Law Firm. Mr. Russo made the decision to start his own law firm because he strongly believed that it is an attorney’s duty to protect those who are in need. He believes that people should come before the dollar and that serving his community is the greatest reward. For the past 18 years, Mr. Russo and those at The Russo Law Firm take pride in the success achieved through their diligence and hard work. Mr. Russo prides his firm’s success on results and client relations, leaving advertising on television, radio, buses, taxis and billboards to “other” attorneys.
Over the past 30 years, Mr. Russo has been involved with settlement claims, trials and litigation of cases from the smallest pro bono cases to cases involving multi-million dollar awards. He is a nationally board certified trial attorney and is or has been a member of the Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers, The American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He takes pride in providing a family oriented office for clients and his staff. His goal is to provide a caring environment for those being challenged with legal difficulties that need aggressive yet compassionate assistance.
Attorney Gary Russo met his wife Cathy when he moved down from New Jersey when he was 13 years old and they have been married for 29 years. Mr. Russo has been blessed with three loving children. Mr. Russo and his wife both attended and received an undergraduate degree at The University of Florida. Cathy became an elementary school teacher while Mr. Russo went on to attend and graduate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. His son, Nick, has also graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of law and presently works with his father at The Russo Law Firm. Mr. Russo’s daughter Ashley graduated from the University of Florida with her architectural degree and is currently working for a nonprofit organization to design homes and orphanages for those in need. His youngest daughter, Dilynn, is presently at the University of Florida and she is planning on pursuing her own law career at the family firm providing legal representation in the area of international law to assist in the fight against human trafficking and human right violations around the world.
